INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION
Abstracts scheduled for presentation in poster sessions will be grouped by topics, numbered and listed in the program, and published in an e-supplement of Pediatric Pulmonology (Wiley Ed.) to serve as proceedings.
In addition, program listings will specify time when your colleagues may expect you to be at your assigned space to discuss your work.
The poster area is located on 1st floor next exhibition hall.
The poster board' surface is 100 cm wide and 140 cm high.
Prepare for the top of your poster space, a label indicating the program number of your abstract, its title and authors. The lettering for this section should be no less than 2,5 cm high.
Organize your text in a standard scientific format with the headings " Introduction ", " Methods ", " Results ", and " Conclusions ". Prepare your data for graphic illustration.
Keep in mind that your illustrations must be read by interested scientists from distances of about one meter or more.
Please do not write or draw on the poster boards. Double-sided scotch-tape will be provided to you.
Your poster must be displayed at your assigned board from 14:00, Thursday June 29 through 14:00, Sunday July 2, 2023.
Your presence is absolutely required for guided viewing on:
Friday June 30th, 2023 from 13:30 to 15:00 for numbers starting with letters from A to H and
Saturday July 1st, 2023 from 13:30 to 15:00 for numbers starting with letters from I to O.
Poster material must be removed no later than a half-hour after the closedown of the congress (Sunday July 2nd., 5:30 pm).
