Imogen Hanvey

Imogen Hanvey

Imogen Hanvey is a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (low-intensity therapist) at Oxford Health NHS. Her research background is in the impact on young people of growing up with a disabled or chronically ill sibling, influenced by her own experiences of having a brother with Cystic Fibrosis. This topic formed the basis of her Psychology MSc thesis, which was recently published in the Journal of Community and Applied Social Psychology. Imogen is hoping to undertake a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and to further her sibling research, which contains practical applications of how to support this often-overlooked population.
