Instructions for Poster Presentation
Abstracts scheduled for presentation in poster
sessions will be grouped by topic, numbered and listed in the program, and
published in the proceedings.In addition, program listings will specify time when
your colleagues may expect you to be at your assigned space to discuss your
The poster area is located on the ground floor.
poster must be displayed at your assigned board from 8:00 am, Saturday June 19,
through 12:00 noon, Monday June 21, 2010.
Your presence is absolutely required for guided
viewing from 5 :00 PM to 6:00 PM on Saturday 19 and on Sunday 20.
Poster material must be removed no later than a
half-hour after the closedown of the congress (Monday June 21, 4:00 pm).
The poster board' surface is 100
cm wide and 140 cm high.
Prepare for the top of your poster space, a label
indicating the program number of your abstract, its title and authors. The
lettering for this section should be no less than 2,5 cm high.
